The Civil Guard of Tías arrested this Wednesday a 25-year-old individual of Moroccan nationality, after a receptionist of an apartment complex on Alpahor street, in Puerto del Carmen, requested police presence due to the alleged aggressive attitude of the detainee, who apparently was intoxicated. The alleged aggressor was inside the hotel complex, although he was not a client of the same, according to police sources, "causing a disturbance of the peace".
Upon the arrival of the agents, they requested the individual's documentation, to which he responded by attempting to assault one of the agents, who managed to dodge the blow, according to sources from the Civil Guard, which led to a struggle, with the escape of the alleged aggressor. Finally, the agents arrested the man, transferring him to the official premises where his arrest was formalized and he was placed at the disposal of the court.
