The Civil Guard has arrested a man who responds to the initials R.A.B.A, 23 years old, of Colombian origin and resident in Arrecife, for a crime of theft with a false key in a vehicle, as reported by this police force through a statement.
Last Tuesday, the agents received the complaint from a Spanish citizen for the theft of her Porsche brand vehicle, model 944. The car was, as a result of a breakdown, parked in the tourist area of Puerto del Carmen, in Tías.
The next day, the owner alerted of the appearance of the vehicle in a street adjacent to the place of its disappearance.
After being recovered, the agents of the Investigation Area of Tías carried out the ocular inspection and observed that the vehicle had no sign of having been forced. For this reason, they decided to investigate in the field of the people closest to the victim. This is how they managed to find out that the theft had been carried out with a false key, supposedly, by her ex-partner.
In this way, the arrest of this man was carried out, who supposedly stole several items from inside the vehicle, such as a battery and a buffer, according to the Civil Guard.
