Emergency personnel have rescued an injured hiker after suffering a fall in Los Ajaches, as reported by the Emergency Consortium.
The incident took place at 4:22 p.m. this Monday in the Hacha Grande area. After receiving the alert from CECOES, agents from the Local Police, an ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service and firefighters went to the scene.
Once at the scene, the firefighters began to walk and found the affected person, who had a possible wrist fracture. The troops immobilized the affected hand to avoid further injuries and prepared the patient for transfer to where the health resources were, who were in charge of the assistance.
