The Local Police of Arrecife have arrested a 41-year-old man accused of assault and threats in the context of gender violence last weekend in the capital of Lanzarote.
The Police officers proceeded to arrest E.N.N. after being alerted by the victim herself when she was suffering the aggression.
It should be noted that with this arrest there are already a total of five people arrested in the last seven days for this crime in Lanzarote.
Eight traffic complaints over the weekend
Also, in terms of traffic, and during the same period of time, eight drivers have been reported to the judicial authority for driving without a license or with suspension of it.
Some of them had also been accused of driving under the influence of alcohol.
