The Guagime Folk Group from Tahíche filled the Casa-Museo del Timple in Teguise with their Christmas carols. The concert was held on Wednesday night as part of the Christmas festivities.
The audience was able to enjoy a very pleasant evening with a wide and varied selection of traditional Christmas carols. Fefo Pérez, director of Guagime, was in charge of making each of the introductions, documenting the origin and authors of each Christmas carol. In total, 90 minutes of music, where popular compositions such as 'Corre Caballito', 'En las pajas de un Pesebre' and 'Venid Pastorcitos', among others, were heard.
The group pleased the audience with several encores, ending the performance with the famous Christmas carol by the musical group Boney M, 'Feliz Navidad'.
