The residents of the town of Tahíche are celebrating the festivities in honor of their patrons Santiago Apóstol and Santa Ana, although this year, due to the circumstances we are experiencing, the program of events has been greatly reduced compared to previous years.
For the residents to enjoy a few musical minutes, they organized an "Acoustic Concert" last Friday night at the Santiago El Mayor neighborhood association with a limited capacity, complying with all the protocols required by Health authorities.
The concert was presented by councilor Olivia Duque, and featured performances by singers Aisha Delgado, who performed two songs, "Complicidad" by Vanessa Martín and "Someone Like You" by Adele. Secondly, singer Desi Hernández performed the songs "Yo no te pido la luna" by Fiordaliso and "Como una Flor" by singer Selena.
The final touch of the concert was given by singer Eva Aroca accompanied on guitar by Sergio de Jesús Padrón, who performed various musical genres such as boleros, cha, cha, chas, rumbas, and pop.
The attending public, eager for a party, enjoyed the concert, joining in the choruses of some songs but without being able to move from their seats as dictated by the protocol.
