The Cabildo of Lanzarote, in collaboration with La Grulla, organizes the Almacén Femme 2025 festival, a musical gathering that seeks to highlight and celebrate the role of women in music. The event will be held this Saturday, March 15, at El Almacén, offering a diverse program that includes live performances by prominent female artists.
The Culture Councilor of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, Jesús Machín Tavío, emphasizes the importance of initiatives such as Almacén Femme: "This festival is a demonstration of the Cabildo's commitment to valuing female talent in art. We will always offer platforms that showcase and celebrate the contributions of women to the current music scene."
Festival Program
Almacén Femme 2025 will offer a vibrant and varied program throughout Saturday, March 15, with a lineup composed exclusively of women who stand out in different genres and musical scenes.
The day will begin with Elenn Orange, a singer and songwriter from Lanzarote who fuses indie and alternative folk, creating enveloping atmospheres that connect with the audience. Next, Mariana, a guitarist and producer from the Canary Islands, will present her latest work, Casa chica, a proposal that mixes acoustic sounds with digital synthesis, inviting a more intimate and experimental listening experience.
The festival will continue with DJ Mystery Beat, who will bring a session full of classic rock, soul, and garage, uniting vintage sounds with contemporary bands in a unique experience. Later, the Brazilian artist Bárbara Calipso will take the stage with her fusion of Caribbean rhythms, electronic music, and soul, creating a dynamic and emotional spectacle.
The afternoon will advance with Ede, whose proposal mixes pop, electronica, and soul, characterized by her deep voice and her ability to transmit intense emotions. To close the event, the DJ and producer Kinewa will put the finishing touch with an immersive and energetic session that invites the public to immerse themselves in a unique musical experience.
