The best riders in the world thrilled more than 3,000 people who enjoyed jumps, stunts and visual effects at the Freestyle Zombies Canarias Tour 2022

The Los Molinos de Teguise football field became the stage for one of the great motocross events in Spain this Saturday. The best freestyle riders in the world offered more than two hours of fun, lots of risk and adrenaline to the audience; more than 3,000 people who experienced with emotion a show full of jumps, stunts, music, visual effects and many surprises.

This new edition of Freestyle Zombies featured four exciting categories with the best FMX (Freestyle Motocross) riders on the planet performing stunts at more than 15 meters high. The Spaniards Edgar Torronteras, a living legend of this sport; Marc Pinyol, the youngest rider to do a "back flip" at 18 years old and creator of a unique trick such as the "inside roll"; Guillem Navas, a young and emerging international promise; and the Frenchman David Rinaldo, 2013 FIM Freestyle Motocross world champion.

On the other hand, the MTB Freestyle riders Bienvenido Aguado (holder of several world records and impossible tricks such as the double "front flip") and the international rider Gemma Corbera, crossed the skies of Teguise with mountain bikes accelerating from an imposing mega ramp of 12 meters high.

In addition, the Scooter Freestyle riders were in charge of getting the fans out of their seats on board a scooter. All this, seasoned with the show of the French Quad Freestyle rider, David Tharan, who delighted the public with unique tricks in his specialty.

The mayor of Teguise, Oswaldo Betancort, thanked the organization for "choosing Teguise to offer a unique and surprising show, full of action and that has been one more example of the public's desire to enjoy live sports, music and cultural events again." "Teguise is managing to position itself in this desired return to normality and in a necessary economic recovery that could not be achieved without the determined commitment of private institutions in collaboration with public administrations," he added.

Edgar Torronteras himself, a Catalan rider who pioneered freestyle and offered the most difficult tricks and the most impossible stunts in the air, praised "Teguise's support in disciplines as attractive as these that give a lot of play and boost".

During the event, parallel activities were carried out such as the performance of the "Psycho Dolls" acrobat cheerleaders, fire jugglers, visual effects and a speaker worthy of an unforgettable show that made those present vibrate.
