This Friday, July 7, the festivities of the town of Femés conclude with the commemorative events that will be held as the Grand Day of San Marcial de Rubicón.
With a varied program, the festivities will conclude, including activities such as the parade through Femés with the Charanguita 'Los Amigos de Gran Canaria' at 11:00 a.m.; the procession in honor of San Marcial de Rubicón, which will take place at 7:00 p.m. and will be accompanied by the Yaiza Municipal Band and the reception in front of the church by the Rubicón Folk Group. In addition, without forgetting the performance of the Yaiza Vocal Group during the procession.
To put the finishing touch to these festivities, there will be a performance by the band 'Parranda Janubio' and the invited soloists: Iván Quintana, Besay Pérez, Elvia Plata and Inma Sepúlveda for the meeting of the XV Edition of the San Marcial de Rubicón 2023 Soloists Meeting. Also a live and acoustic concert by Besay Pérez in the municipal tent.
