The show 'The End of Things' by the Eva Guerrero dance company, member of DOOS Colectivo and creator of this piece that won the Karrikan 2017 award, which can be seen this Saturday, November 23, at the Víctor Fernández Gopar Theater "El Salinero".
'The End of Things' is a visual reflection on how we relate, the decisions we make and how these affect the person next to us, according to dancer and choreographer Eva Guerrero.
With live music composed by Ainara LeGardon, "this show talks about that moment when you feel that everything is turned upside down but you keep moving forward as if nothing happened, that moment when you lose the rhythm." "It speaks of inertia and stubbornness, of lack of control, of the animal, of what we would like to happen and what is really happening. Of that border between what we keep silent and what we do."

Garazi López de Armentia and Aritz López are the two dancers in charge of bringing the protagonists of this story to life, which is produced by Jemina Cano (DOOS Colectivo), external eye by Ana Vallés and costumes by Begoña Díaz.

Ainara Legardon Concert at El Almacén
Vocalist, guitarist and composer Ainara Legardon will not only perform live music to accompany 'The End of Things', but will also offer a solo concert the night before, Friday, November 22, at 9:00 p.m., at the CIC El Almacén.

LeGardon (Bilbao, 1976) has more than 25 years of experience as a self-managed artist. She develops a prolific work in the field of rock, improvisation and experimental music, both solo and as part of different collectives and stage works.
Her latest album, Ainara LeGardon (2017), is the result of a composition and production process that took place in the recording studio itself, over several months, hand in hand with musician and producer Xabier Erkizia. The collaboration of both has meant being able to capture the conjunction of the different musical facets explored by Ainara, from the rawest rock to improvisation and sound experimentation. The lyrics, for the first time in Spanish, also reflect that search and reconciliation of the artist's imaginaries.
Tickets for the Ainara Legardon concert cost 5 euros, and can be purchased on the Cultura Lanzarote website. They can also be purchased at the CIC El Almacén from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and from one hour before the start of the concert, but only if they have not been previously sold out.
