The renowned Barcelona DJ Paco Osuna is the first confirmed artist for the next edition of the EMEC Festival. This premiere in 2025 will take place on May 24, once again at the iconic Castle of San José in Arrecife.
Electronic music will once again be the common thread of an exhibition that will begin at 3:00 PM and will remain active until midnight, in a unique experience for the island of Lanzarote that merges electronic music, culture, and ecological awareness.
For this new installment, the EMEC Festival maintains the philosophy with which it celebrates cultural and musical diversity in a sustainable and spectacular environment like the island of Lanzarote.
Attendees will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the Castle of San José while enjoying electronic sets with some of the best international DJs of today.
Paco Osuna is a Spanish DJ and producer born in Barcelona in 1974, recognized as one of the most influential figures in electronic music in Spain and internationally. With more than 25 years of experience, his style is characterized by a fusion of techno and minimal with an innovative and avant-garde approach. From his beginnings in the underground scene of Barcelona to his consolidation in world-renowned festivals and clubs, Osuna has developed a unique sound that distinguishes him within the industry.
Throughout his career, Paco Osuna has been a resident in iconic clubs such as Amnesia Ibiza and has participated in prestigious events such as the Sónar Festival and the Ultra Music Festival. In 2006, he founded Mindshake Records, a record label with which he has promoted new talents and released his own productions, establishing himself as a benchmark for techno. His ability to mix and his creativity in the studio have earned him critical acclaim and the respect of his colleagues.
