Court No. 3 of Arrecife has decreed provisional freedom "apud acta" without bail for the detainee for the attack on two civil guards last Saturday. Therefore, the 39-year-old man with the initials D. J.B.G., who appeared in court this Monday, will have to appear every 15 days before the Justice.
The events are still under investigation, since according to judicial sources, "proceedings are being carried out against three other people investigated for the same crime." Likewise, work is being done to find out if there were other people who participated in the events.
It should be remembered that this Monday one of the two assaulted civil guards was operated on in Hospiten for a broken nasal septum, after "approximately 20 people" pounced on him and his partner and beat them. The other civil guard suffered "blows and erosions on an elbow" during the beating, but did not need to take leave of service.
