This winter season, which begins at the end of October in Lanzarote, will have eight more direct connections with the United Kingdom than last year, reaching a total of 206 per week.

Jet2 is the airline with the most direct flights between the island and the United Kingdom and is the fastest growing, increasing from 72 flights last season to a total of 79 from the end of October.

The airports that benefit the most from Jet2 are those in London. Luton is premiering with Jet2 as a connector between the United Kingdom and Lanzarote with three weekly flights, and frequencies are also increasing from Stansted, which is going from 6 to 8 flights per week.

In addition, Jet2 is reinforcing Liverpool Airport, which is increasing from three to four weekly flights, and Manchester, which is adding one to a total of eleven flights each week.

The second airline offering the most connections between the island and the United Kingdom is Ryanair, which, although it has reduced its offer by two flights compared to last year, still maintains 49 direct flights with the largest tourist market for Lanzarote.

Ryanair has canceled the two flights that connected Luton with Lanzarote last year and has reduced the frequencies with Bristol from five to four per week, but has added an additional flight for both Edinburgh and Liverpool.

The third airline with the most frequencies, Tui Airways, is maintaining the same offer as last year. A total of 27 connections with the United Kingdom.

British Airways is also maintaining the eight weekly flights to Gatwick that it had last winter.
