The square meter for sale in Lanzarote at the close of 2024 reached 2,646 euros, 12% more expensive than it cost in January of the same year, according to data from idealista.com disseminated by the Lanzarote Data Center.

But not all municipalities had an upward behavior. In three of the seven municipalities of Lanzarote, the year closed with average prices below those marked in January.

Thus, in Tinajo there was the largest decrease on the island. From the 1,963 euros that the square meter cost in March (in January and February there were not enough properties to make the calculation) it has gone to 1,700 euros last December.

Meanwhile, in Haría, the square meter marked 2,011 euros in December, which is 107 euros less than it marked at the beginning of the year.

In San Bartolomé there has also been a decrease. The square meter now costs on average 1,193 euros, which is equivalent to 85 euros less than it cost in January.

In contrast, prices rose sharply in Tías, whose square meter marked 3,715 euros in December, 22.9% more than it cost in January.

Strongly upward trends were also experienced in Arrecife, where the price per square meter rose by 16.2% between January and December to 1,944 euros, and in Teguise, which has the square meter 12.7% more expensive than January 2024 and marks 2,668 euros at present.

In Yaiza, which started from much higher prices in January (the average price then reached 3,434 euros) has risen by 4.9% to 3,568 euros.
