The average price per square meter in Lanzarote is approaching 2,500 euros

The price rises moderately in almost all municipalities, although with enormous variations, from 1,733 euros in Arrecife to 3,440 in Yaiza

The average price to acquire a home in Lanzarote rose to 2,437 euros per square meter in May, approximately 110 euros more expensive than it was at the beginning of 2024, according to the Data Center based on figures from the Idealista.com index.

The price rises slightly in all municipalities except San Bartolomé and Haría. In San Bartolomé, the average price per square meter in May was 2,012 euros, and in Haría it rose to 2,006 euros.

The municipality where the average price rises the most is Tías, which at the beginning of the year was 2,864 euros and currently rises to 3,315 euros, although the average price in January is not very representative of the typical prices in Tías, which are usually above 3,000 euros.

Arrecife has also experienced an increase of more than 100 euros compared to the beginning of 2024, when the square meter was 1,628 euros. In May, it reached 1,733 euros.

The price of housing in Teguise, Tinajo and Yaiza rises only a few euros since the beginning of the year.

In Teguise, the square meter currently costs 2,329 euros on average, while in Tinajo it still resists below 2,000 euros, specifically 1,972. In Yaiza, the square meter marked 3,440 euros on average in May.
