The air capacity from Lanzarote to the Iberian Peninsula increases this winter by five more connections compared to last year's winter season, reaching a total of 79.

Thus, the weekly capacity in number of passengers from the peninsula increases from 14,095 last winter to 14,570 this year.

The city that gains the most is Seville, which adds two more connections with Lanzarote. Both Ryanair and Vueling increase from two to three weekly frequencies each with the capital of Andalusia.

The city that loses the most is Oviedo, as Vueling has not resumed the two weekly frequencies it operated last winter. However, Volotea's flight to Asturias remains.

Ryanair also increases frequencies with Madrid, which goes from 14 to 15 per week, Santiago, increases from three to four, and Valencia goes from two to three per week. The rest of the airline's offer remains the same as last year.

For its part, Vueling also adds one more flight per week with Barcelona and another with Málaga, now there are two for each city, while the rest of its offer is identical to the previous winter.

The 18 connections of Iberia Express between Madrid and Lanzarote are repeated this winter, as are the 2 and 3 weekly flights of Air Europa with Bilbao and Madrid.
