Through its Business Advisory Service, 47 company registrations, 240 consultancies for entrepreneurs and micro-enterprises and 359 consultations have been processed.

The Lanzarote Business Confederation (CEL) has attended 646 consultations from business owners and self-employed workers through its Business Advisory Service (SAE) between 2021 and 2022.

Specifically, through this tool, 47 company registrations, 240 consultancies for entrepreneurs and micro-enterprises and 359 procedures and administrative consultations of various kinds have been processed.

The president of the CEL, Francisco Martínez, has underlined the importance of this resource which, after several years in operation, in addition to consolidating itself as a point of information and advice for entrepreneurs, enables self-employed workers and micro-enterprises to access information and process aid or subsidies.

In this sense, Martínez also highlighted the project "Employability Lanzarote 2021/2022", which promoted and subsidised a total of 51 hirings and has helped 40 unemployed people in the active search for employment, reaching the planned level of insertion: "The purpose of this project is to promote the employment of unemployed people and contribute to the reduction of unemployment rates in the islands of Lanzarote and La Graciosa.

 

Training and dissemination

The SAE offers training to its users, through workshops and training pills aimed at entrepreneurs, small business owners and SMEs, and are aimed at providing knowledge and tools to the entrepreneur.

For their part, training activities such as the "Employability 2021/2022" project are aimed at providing information and guidelines for behaviour in the area of employability, with special emphasis on behaviour in a job interview and the actions to be taken for an active job search.
