After lifting the summary secrecy this Thursday morning, it has already become public that the Anti-Corruption Office points out that the Fórum Filatélico company is in "clear bankruptcy" and also adds the crimes of money laundering, punishable insolvency and unfair administration, which are also aimed at five administrators of this firm.

The accused are the president of the company, Francisco Briones, and the directors Miguel Angel Hijón, Agustín Fernández Rodríguez, Francisco José López Gilarte and Juan Maciá Mercadé.

The same occurs in the case of Afinsa, a company accused along with five of its directors of fraud and documentary falsification, punishable insolvency, unfair administration in addition to other crimes against the Public Treasury. The Prosecutor's Office considers that the company is in a situation of "absolute insolvency." The figures given by the Tax Agency put Afinsa's deficit at more than 1.1 billion euros.
