The low-cost airline Vueling has reinforced its operations between Andalusia and the Canary Islands this summer by 37.9%.

Lanzarote will have, during the summer season, two more weekly frequencies with Seville, a city in which Vueling will incorporate a new plane to its base.

Likewise, it will also increase the route from Seville to Tenerife North by nine weekly frequencies, six to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and three to Fuerteventura.

At the Málaga airport, the airline will add seven new weekly frequencies on the route to Tenerife-North, nine more to Las Palmas and five more to Fuerteventura.

At the Granada airport, Vueling adds one more frequency with each of the capital islands of the Canary Islands.

In total, Vueling has programmed a million additional seats in Spain, both to national and international destinations, which represents 6% more seats offered compared to the previous year.

Last year, the airline transported 33 million passengers from or to national airports, 15.25 million of which were within the domestic market, consolidating its leadership in air passenger transport in Spain.
