Lanzarote is promoted in Iceland, on the occasion of the start of air operations, -a weekly flight-, of the Icelandic tour operator Sumarferdir, which has been working on the island for several years between the months of May and September. Thus, the Lanzarote Tourism Board will carry out this week different promotional actions in Reykjavík.
The first of these will be to formalize an outdoor advertising agreement with this operator, through print media, advertisements on buses, bus shelters, etc. Similarly, Lanzarote will contract a prominent place in the summer catalog of Sumarferdir.
On the other hand, a presentation will be developed in collaboration with Turespaña, in a restaurant in the Icelandic capital aimed at travel agents. The promotion will continue over the weekend in an exhibition that will take place in a Shopping Center, together with other Spanish destinations, aimed in this case at the final public.
