The company Decathlon España, S.A.U. has requested the General Directorate of Commerce and Consumption for an installation and opening license to open an establishment in Arrecife. Specifically, the company intends to install a macro sports store of 2,812 square meters on Tenderete Street. The establishment, which will be located in the Argana shopping area, where there are already other large stores, will be the first store that the French company opens on the island.
The Ministry of Economy, Industry and Commerce of the Government of the Canary Islands has made the request public in the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands, which is subject to public display. Thus, from this Thursday and for 20 days, the documentation referring to the Decathlon request will be available to interested parties at the General Directorate of Commerce and Consumption of the regional Executive in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and also at the Arrecife City Council offices.
