The cards for the 2023 edition of 'Consume Lanzarote' go on sale this Wednesday, March 1. There will be 7,666 cards intended to encourage sales in local businesses on the island.

The sale of the cards will be entirely digital and will open this Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. through the website of the campaign.

Consumers will have 60 euros on each of them to spend exclusively in businesses participating in the campaign, and each customer can purchase up to a maximum of 6 cards, which means having up to 360 euros per customer to support local businesses.

The Cabildo of Lanzarote, through FELAPYME, will cover 50% of the total cost of each card, while the customer will only have to contribute the other 50%.

In total, up to 460,000 euros will be injected into small businesses on the island, as part of the business reactivation strategy that also includes a campaign to give visibility and promotion to this
sector under the umbrella of 'Consume Lanzarote'.

In this second edition of the campaign, the number of cards has increased from 5,000 last year to 7,666 this edition. The Cabildo's contribution has consequently increased by 230,000 euros.
So far, 200 businesses have joined the campaign, although those establishments that have not yet done so can continue to join until April 30.
