Iberia Express, which will offer this summer up to 360 weekly flights between Canary Islands and Madrid, now adds to its air bridge with the Canary Islands a new service called "move your flight" which provides greater flexibility as it allows customers, on the same day of their flight, to advance or delay the schedule, at no additional cost and up to two hours before the departure of their original reservation.
This new service is already included in your Canary Plus, Canary Flex, Canary Business Plus, and Canary Business Flex rates.
The schedule change can be made at the check-in counters at the airport or from the airline's own website, www.iberiaexpress.com, in the "My Flights" section, which means "more convenience and agility for residents and frequent travelers" between Lanzarote and Madrid.
If the customer had already completed the check‑in for their original flight, they will not have to repeat it and will only have to automatically download the new boarding pass.
The added extras (such as luggage or priority boarding) are maintained on the new flight, while the seat assignment may vary depending on availability on the new flight.
Move your Flight is available on routes with Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura and Tenerife, on which Iberia Express offers "a considerable volume of daily frequencies so that this attribute is interesting for its clients".
