In a meeting held at the Los Valles Sociocultural Center, representatives of the Teguise City Council and farmers of the Municipality met to present a plaque to the representatives of Spar Lanzarote, in gratitude for the agreements made for the commercialization of products from our land in the commercial surfaces of the food chain.
Likewise, the Island Council of Lanzarote conveyed to the company's Management the recognition for these actions.
Supermercados Marcial, S.L., a company with 100% Lanzarote capital, has been operating in the island's food market since 1957 and currently, under the Spar and Eurospar commercial brands, has 27 establishments that directly employ more than 500 employees.
Within its Corporate Social Responsibility policy, Spar Lanzarote has been carrying out different Commitment actions with its Community, in the Social, Environmental, as well as promoting local activity and commerce, contemplating that they can continue to be developed by 2014 with our projects.
