Grupo HD has presented its new website and a renewed image to its more than 8,400 employees with the aim of enhancing the social and economic presence of the entity, under which the different companies of the Group are framed -DinoSol Supermercados, HD Hotels and Yudaya, entity that manages the shopping centers Las Arenas, Alisios and El Campanario, in addition to several residential developments, as well as the latest incorporation, HD Innovation Lab, a clear commitment to innovation and knowledge with internal and external applications.
With more than 40 years of successful experience in different sectors, it reaches an annual turnover of more than 1,065 million euros.
The CEOs of Grupo HD, Andrés Domínguez, Davinia Domínguez and Javier Puga, presented the new elements of the consortium's corporate identity this morning.
Andrés Domínguez pointed out that "talking about the Domínguez brothers in the Canary Islands is talking about business success, solvency and quality guarantee. These values are present in all the companies of the Group and we believe that it is a good time to value what unites us, as a seal of quality that will help us to consolidate, expand and protect the family business, to give continuity to this business project in the future".
For her part, Davinia Domínguez explained the importance of all the Group's staff participating in this new stage. "The involvement of all the members that make up this great family is essential to continue advancing and growing, contributing to the knowledge of the union and teamwork that is developed between the different entities of the Group".
An idea in which Javier Puga has influenced: "working in a cohesive way and with a common objective will strengthen Grupo HD at a crucial moment for all of us, also for the whole island society in which we are a reference".
This new image will serve to reach more directly all the agents with whom the consortium is related, with a concept according to its role as one of the main economic groups of Canarian capital. Grupo HD enters a new stage, highlighting its solvency and strength, and reinforcing its presence in the islands, valuing its trajectory and giving continuity to the work done in these four decades.
Also, the new website has been presented, which gathers the information of the business Group formed more than 40 years ago by the Domínguez brothers and that includes three generations of partners with a wide portfolio of businesses and associated companies in different sectors.
Renovation of the logo and new corporate website
Aware of the importance of the image in the business environment, Grupo HD accompanies its consolidation and diversification plan with a brand renovation, more in line with current times and the values of the corporation.
The new logo, sober, resounding and elegant, uses the colors olive green and serene beige, which transmit, on the one hand, the longevity, resistance and renewal of the olive tree and, on the other, calm, balance, sobriety, care and elegance of the beige.
This new image has been transferred to a website that collects all the information of interest of the Group and in which specific spaces have been created for employees, shareholders and investors, suppliers, customers and society in general to be represented.
"In short, it is about transferring the commitment and dedication of Grupo HD towards present and future projects, and being able to transmit the strength and unity that makes us feel so proud of our past and present, and so sure of our future", said Andrés Domínguez.
'Innovation Lab'
HD Innovation Lab is the new commitment of the Group, which orders and organizes all its own innovation actions, with the aim of motivating them, both internally and externally, as well as to have a database of knowledge that serves to capture such innovation and develop it, according to the different business models of HD.
This is a new line of action that encourages innovation as the basis for the growth, continuity and future of Grupo HD.
To this end, HD Innovation Lab has various resources aimed at achieving its objectives such as the development of programmer meetings or hackathon, an incubator of ideas and the promotion of employee participation through innovative thematic challenges.
Business collaboration, commitment to disruptive projects of high value and the acquisition of startups are other elements on which the innovative activity of Grupo HD is based.

DinoSol is the food distributor under which the 228 supermarkets of the brands HiperDino, SuperDino and Hiperdino Express, as well as the DinoShop stores, are framed.

Currently, it is building a fifth hotel complex in Lanzarote.
