Canal Gestión Lanzarote has reported that, "due to problems beyond the control of this company and affecting the telephone operator, it is obliged to provisionally enable a new telephone number for customer service as well as for reporting breakdowns."
"In this way and until further notice, subscribers and citizens in general who need to contact Canal Gestión Lanzarote can do so via mobile phone 689.738.239; since the usual telephones for reporting breakdowns 900 50 44 00, and Customer Service 928 81 44 00 are temporarily out of service until the telephone service provider resolves the incidents detected", the company points out.
However, it is recalled that the company also has an email address [email protected], as a communication alternative.
Canal Gestión Lanzarote "regrets the inconvenience this situation may cause to our subscribers".
