Iberdrola and the Lanzarote company have signed an agreement whereby Informática Lanzarote becomes the new official point of contact for the hydroelectric company in the Canary Islands.
Informática Lanzarote continues to focus on growth, and in line with its business diversification strategy, expands its business with the offer of an electricity service and personalized and immediate advice with the guarantee and quality of Iberdrola, a leading company in the energy sector.
The new customer service point, where services such as registration, cancellation and modification of contracts can be processed from today, is located at the Informática Lanzarote headquarters in Arrecife, at Calle Donante de Sangre, 24.
In this new location, services such as registration, cancellation and modification of contracts can be processed, as well as all types of procedures related to billing, data updating, direct debiting of receipts, changes of account number, among others.
The launch of these facilities is part of the restructuring of customer service channels that the company is carrying out to face the complete liberalization of the electricity market in Spain.
