An avatar that acts as a guide and tells you the secrets of the place is one of the innovations already available in the mobile App with which Bodegas Vega de Yuco intends to impact the experience of its visitors.

This is a virtual audio guide, with augmented reality and in various languages. When downloading it, a 3D avatar is presented that accompanies you while explaining the content of each stop of interest, with videos, three-dimensional animations and games. This innovative application has a completely personalized interface to the corporate identity of the winery, accessible from any mobile device. The winery thus manages to open a new channel for disseminating its most direct content, which improves its visibility and online traffic.

Artificial vision to place labels

But it is not the only technological implementation of this young winery that demonstrates an unstoppable innovative spirit. Its new member of staff is a robot that monitors wine labels to ensure they are correct. This is a technology based on artificial vision that analyzes the integrity and correspondence of the labels that are placed on the bottles. This inspector is capable of reducing, compared to a human, the percentage of error, reducing the bottling time and the number of returns of the product delivered due to incorrect labeling, achieving a more efficient production and logistics management process and, therefore, an increase in customer satisfaction with the product.
