The Marea restaurant, of the Meliá Salinas Hotel, also offers a Kings lunch, on January 6. This place has organized this year's Christmas Eve dinner and also New Year's Eve, which ended with a big party and the burning of fireworks.

On Kings Day, diners can enjoy a timbale of marinated salmon, tomato and Lanzarote cheese with basil oil and mojo picón jelly. They will also taste a creamy rice with scallops and scarlet shrimp, with the aroma of white truffle from Alba. To finish, a thigh or small breast of guinea fowl in cava sauce, with plums and raisins.

For dessert, customers will enjoy a cube of truffle and cream, with crispy white chocolate. All this will be accompanied by white wine Pago de Cirsus Chardonay, red wine Pago de Cirsus OPUS 11 Special Author's Reserve and a toast with Codorniu Brut cava. In addition, there will be a selection of coffees and infusions. All this, for 39 euros per person plus IGIC.

This day, the restaurant will also prepare a children's menu, which will consist of Iberian ham croquettes, spaghetti with tomato or breaded chicken breast or breaded fish fillet. Children will have a special ice cream cup for dessert and water, juices and soft drinks to drink. The price of this menu is 18 euros plus IGIC.
