Canary Islands adds this Monday 2,102 new cases of coronavirus. In addition, in the last hours has been reported the death of ten people, between 64 and 96 years, five men and five women. Of the total deaths, five were counted in Tenerife, four in Gran Canaria and one in La Palma. All people had previous pathologies of consideration.
The Cumulative Incidence at 7 days in the Canary Islands stands at 1,561.02 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and at 14 days at 2,872.08 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
Until this Monday a total of 2,967,675 diagnostic tests have been carried out in the Islands, of which 6,484 correspond to Sunday.
By islands, Tenerife adds 538 cases with a total of 42,186 cases active epidemiologically; Gran Canaria has 1,190 more than the previous day and 32,834 active. Lanzarote adds 172 new cases with 6,285 active epidemiologically; Fuerteventura has 141 new cases and 4,818 active. La Palma adds 22 new positives so it has 1,835 active. La Gomera adds 14 new cases, so its assets are 201 and El Hierro adds 25 new positives, so it has 239 active cases.
The total of accumulated cases in Canary Islands is 223,896 with 88,399 assets, of which 84 are admitted to ICU and 526 remain hospitalized.
