The Ministry of Health of the Government of the Canary Islands has notified this Tuesday 122 new cases of coronavirus, as well as a new death in Tenerife. The deceased is a 39-year-old woman who "suffered from previous pathologies and remained in hospital", according to Sanidad.

The Accumulated Incidence at 7 days in the Canary Islands stands at 38.88 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and at 14 days at 83.73 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

By islands, Tenerife has added 77 cases, Gran Canaria 33, Lanzarote 7, Fuerteventura 4 and La Palma one. For their part, neither La Gomera nor El Hierro have registered positives in the last 24 hours.

Until this Tuesday, a total of 1,079,661 PCR tests have been carried out in the Islands, of which 2,397 correspond to the last day.
