A week after the students of the Tao school restored the landscape of the Guanapay caldera in Teguise, which was "seriously damaged" by the fashion of placing stones to form figures and names, a mother of the AMPA of the educational center has reported that stones have been piled up again in the area.
"They have used the stones again to put names and drawings", says this mother, who wanted to make this fact public "so that people respect".
It was on December 15th when the students of the Tao school carried out an action to restore the landscape, with which the educational community of the center also wanted to raise awareness among the entire population about the importance of not altering the landscape and the negative consequences that this practice has on the ecosystem.
However, this past Sunday, just a week after the Tao school carried out this activity with the collaboration of the Pueblo Maho de Lanzarote Association, this mother was able to verify that there were again stones piled up in the area.
