Residents of Argana Alta have denounced the "scandals" and "fights" they endure because of a bar. "The non-use of masks and daily meetings bring the possibility of contagion to the neighborhood," they add in their complaint.
According to them, they have been denouncing the "lack of civic-mindedness" on the part of this bar for "years," but "in recent weeks, in addition to not respecting the rest of the neighbors at any time, they have taken the public road to put a terrace on the street's road."
In this regard, they point out that there are "always" "a minimum of 10 people, with up to 25 gathering every day/night, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.," and believe that "improper use of the public road" is being made.
"The continuous parties along with the scandals and fights every day/night force the neighbors to live with the windows closed. The activities of dubious reputation and legality are in plain sight of our children, who have been living with this type of environment for months, where these people take the liberty of using parked cars as tables and urinating between the cars," they add.
These neighbors also denounce the "lack of interest" and the "passivity" of the police, since they claim that despite having reported the situation "on several occasions," "nothing at all has happened." Thus, they say they feel "unprotected against people who, when asked for a little silence," "rebuke and even insult" them.
