A La Voz reader reports the poor condition of the surroundings of the Arrecife interchange.
According to the citizen, one can appreciate "the poor condition" of the environment, with "garbage" inside and outside the premises. Last Saturday, April 15, the neighbor "passed by there" and could see that "there were also many dead birds on the ground."
Apparently, according to his words, "the dead birds might have to do with the breeding season." Something he is not sure of, but he is sure to have seen "a baby egret standing on a plastic bag next to some cigarette butts and beer cans," he recalls.
In conclusion, a situation for the city and the neighbors "very sad" and more considering that it is located "next to and in sight of the Cabildo."
