A reader has reported this Tuesday in La Voz the appearance of cockroaches on line 3 that covers the route from Costa Teguise to Puerto del Carmen. It happened last Friday night, when her son recorded the videos in which the insects are seen traveling the bus.
"The bus was full of cockroaches, on the walls and the floor," the woman specified. Her son and the group of friends had to make the trip in the company of the cockroaches, who "A cockroach just ran over my foot," the relative said.
The citizen has described what happened as "shameful" and has stated that it is "intolerable". "It is no longer just about the health problem, it is unacceptable for there to be cockroaches on public transport," he stated.
To report the events, the reader contacted the Cabildo of Lanzarote, although she has not received a response. "We have called the Transport Inspection of the Cabildo, but no one answers," she concluded.
