A woman has contacted La Voz to complain about the schedules of flights from Gran Canaria that, in her opinion, seriously harms the people of Lanzarote.
This woman has to go to a medical consultation in Gran Canaria, but has encountered the problem that the last return flight, both on Islas Airways and Binter, is at 7:30 p.m., so she has no way to return to the island.
"I find it regrettable that the island authorities and the Government of the Canary Islands allow airlines to schedule in this way, which forces those of us who have to travel to Gran Canaria, to carry out procedures or medical consultations, to spend the night there."
This woman believes that the last flight should be "later" and states that, according to what she has been told, "some sports teams have had to change schedules for this reason." "I don't know when the schedules changed, but pressure should be applied in some way," she concludes.
