A resident of Costa Teguise found a dead cow floating in the sea last Sunday, June 4, while walking on Playa Roca.
The woman has confirmed that she "had to leave due to the bad smell it gave off", while "waiting for the Civil Guard to arrive", she confirms to La Voz.
After calling the agents, she "waited for a while", but "nobody showed up there", the citizen complains.
