Reforms to the statutes of the Canarian Wrestling Federation
The reforms prepared by the Commission for the reform of the statutes, regulations and organic structure of the Canarian Wrestling Federation are presented (legal personality and capacity to act of the island federations, jury of guarantees of Canarian wrestling...) and the approval of the consolidated texts.
The following proposals are presented by the regional committee of referees: first, a) On the text of the draft new statutes, replace the term "Canary Islands" with "Canarian Nationality". b) Incorporate into the jury of guarantees of Canarian wrestling, which is planned to be formed with 8 members, one more representing the arbitration body.
Proposals to the technical regulations by the Governing Board of the Canarian Wrestling Federation, a) A project of the island selections based on the island federations summoning the wrestlers by their origin and not based on where they are federated. b) If the reform of the statutes prospers, urge the jury of guarantees to reorganize and rewrite the Technical Regulations, transforming it into Rules and Regulations of Canarian Wrestling, a project that must be presented to the 2006 Assembly for its approval.
The Island Federation of Tenerife requests the extension of the regulatory norm of the subsidiaries, in such a way that the team of superior category has fixed 8 fighters and that there is no quota in terms of the number of fights for another four fighters of the club: belonging to the senior team of inferior category, youth or cadets authorized.
