The stellar fight of the night was the one that faced Robert Hilario "Tuiburón" against the Italian Roberto Cocco, this not being the only fight that the fans who gathered at the Teguise Municipal Pavilion could enjoy.

Two professional fights and five amateur fights completed the spectacular card of the European Boxing Championship evening. In the professional fights, the Irishman Sonny Upton and the Canary Islander Cristian Montilla "Pluto", won their respective fights. Among the amateurs, the triumph of Samuel Santacruz "Palenke III" stood out, who seems to have inherited the genes of his grandfather Manuel Santacruz "Palenke".

Sonny Upton vs Zoltan Bali (Middle 74 kg).

This professional fight lasted barely two minutes, the time it took the Irishman Sonny Upton to defeat the Hungarian Zoltan Bali by KO. The pupil of former world champion Ricky Hatton delivered a series of accurate blows that left his opponent groggy. New victory in the record of Sonny Upton, being one of the firmest promises of world boxing today.

Cristian Montilla "Pluto" vs Javier Díaz (Featherweight).

The second professional fight of the night between the Gran Canaria native Cristian Montilla "Pluto" and Javier Díaz from Bilbao was decided on points. After two even first rounds, Javier Díaz would begin to slow down due to physical fatigue. On points and unanimously, the victory went to Cristian Montilla "Pluto".

Anthony Sibley vs Johan Marín (Welterweight 69 kg).

It was the first amateur fight of the night and it would begin with an Anthony Sibley cornering Johan Marín in the corners. In the second round, the Colombian Johan Marín came out to give it all, although he would end the round defending himself on the ropes. A script that would be repeated in the last round. The judges on points gave the victory to Anthony Sibley.

Borja Alemán vs Albert Davey (Welterweight 67 kg).

It was one of the amateur fights with the most rhythm of the night and it began with a first round with an exchange of blows, managing to impact several times with the opponent's face. In the second they were conservative, although Albert Davey was better in attack and in the third it was Borja Alemán who came out to give it all. The judges decided to declare this fight null.

Jorge Rodríguez Dávila vs Héctor Santana (Welterweight 69 kg).

Héctor Santana, boxer who belongs to the Palenke School, was very active in the first round and characterizing his boxing by a rapid mobility of hands. It was in thesecond round when Jorge Rodríguez made a good defense and took advantage of the opponent's oversights, with the referee giving Héctor a count. In the third, it was Jorge Rodríguez who received the count of seconds from the referee. On points the victory went to Jorge Rodríguez Dávila.

Samuel Santacruz "Palenke III" vs Mohamed Bachiri (Flyweight 52 kg).

The fight was marked by the precautions taken by the two boxers, this being the first fight that Mohamed Bachiri disputed. It was in the second round in which Samuel "Palenke III" landed good blows and in the third Mohamed received a count from the referee. On points the victory went to Samuel Santacruz "Palenke III".

Alejandro Rodríguez Dávila vs Alberto Martín (Welterweight 69 kg).

It was one of the most boring fights of the night and the two boxers showed little on the ring. Many precautions, respect and little ambition was what Alejandro Rodríguez and Alberto Martín had. The judges in a divided decision gave the victory on points to Alejandro Rodríguez Dávila.
