Ambros Martín from Lanzarote (Arrecife, 55 years old) has been named this Tuesday morning as the new national women's handball coach, replacing José Ignacio Prades, who will remain as second coach.
The coach will occupy this position in the Royal Spanish Handball Federation, popularly known as Las Guerreras, after having coached the women's handball teams of Russia and Romania.
The Canary Islander, who has a record of four Champions League titles to his name, posed next to the president of the national team, Francisco V. Bláquez, during the presentation ceremony held this Tuesday in Madrid.
