Dear Majesties, we are an association of consumers and users of Lanzarote, eastern island of the Canary Islands, Spain, who have behaved well this year, and therefore we dare, with all humility and respect to ask you for the following:
First: to have at least the same opportunities as the other sister islands in terms of food, if you can't bring us an EROSKI, CORTE INGLES,?.do everything possible to have a MERCADONA before the end of 2012 (and please, don't get the island wrong, we also asked for it last year, and they have put two in Fuerteventura..)
Second: That at least one food MARKET should be started and finished once and for all in Lanzarote, where we can go daily to look for basic products, from producers to consumers, in a direct way.
Third: That consumer complaints are dealt with in a reasonable time and in a friendly and correct manner. It is not enough to be right, but also to be given it. May everyone be more DILIGENT.
Fourth: also take into account the suggestions made to improve the issue of responsible consumption.
Fifth: do everything possible to have reasonable prices and in relation to our battered domestic economy in terms of electricity, water bills (please, no more increases and reconsider those made?.), transport, telephone? where the quality of services does not correspond to what the consumed consumer pays.
Sixth: especially BANKING SERVICES, which do not have so much collection voracity for EVERYTHING, commissions?
And Seventh: that in the new seasons of SALES, they are authentic, do not reduce the quality, nor the service, only the prices.
We know that there are not few things, and that by filling us with PATIENCE and resignation maybe you will be covered, but the truth is that the issue is not for many JOYS, and that this 2012 does not look good at all? With the help of your most worthy MAJESTIES, we are sure that we will all live it a little better.
