These centers are managed by installation companies from their premises. "Their function is to attend to and resolve the needs of Unelco Endesa customers in a personalized way, with a service closer to their home", they say from the electric company.
The installation companies, advised by experts, according to the company "will help customers choose the best equipment for the home and, if they wish, they will install it themselves".
This is the third service point that Unelco Endesa has in Lanzarote and the second in the capital municipality, specifically on Trinquete street s/n, esq. Velacho. Thus, the electric company already has a total of eighteen "Service Points" in the province of Las Palmas. The opening hours of the latter are from 8.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
