The young people of the Canarian Nationalist Party (PNC), given the deterioration of the Arrecife Youth Center, propose that two floors of underground parking be built on the site, as well as two or three stories, according to what the subsidiary regulations of the area allow.
This infrastructure, which would complement the renovated Youth Center building, would have a public use "where a symbolic amount would be charged to be able to cope with the maintenance costs", they said from the PNC.
In addition, they propose that a special bonus be developed for users who have to go to this parking lot daily. This would be the case for workers of the various services offered in this area of the capital, such as the Health Center, the Property Registry, the Courts or various banking entities.
