The Tías City Council has announced that from this Friday, August 18, until October 20, the voluntary tax payment period begins in the consistory.
The Councilor for Finance, Tomás Silvera, has reported the availability of the tax calendar in the Featured section of the City Council website. “Those people who have a digital certificate will be able to download the corresponding receipt through the Electronic Headquarters available on the website,” he pointed out.
The voluntary payment period for receipts will be this year from August 18 to October 20. It affects the Tax on Vehicles of Mechanical Traction (IVTM), Tax on Real Estate (IBI), Tax on Economic Activities (IAE), fee for the collection of domestic and industrial solid waste, fee for fords, accesses or permanent parking reservations and fee for the installation of ATMs.
On the other hand, the Tías City Council will collect the receipts for all previously direct debited taxes on September 5, except for the previously direct debited receipts for IBI and IAE, which will be charged by the banking entities on October 5.
Tomás Silvera recalls that since 2021 personalized and interest-free payment plans were implemented, in addition to bonuses of 5% for prior direct debit of all municipal taxes.
The deadline for submitting bonus applications with effects for the following year will end on December 31, as well as applications for personalized payment plans.
