The Popular Party councillors in the Yaiza Town Hall, Juan Monzón and Guayo Rodríguez, denounce "the serious delay accumulating in some of the works being carried out in the town of Playa Blanca, such as the new container station next to the court and the conditioning project of the sports center in San Marcial del Rubicón".
The popular councillors express their "concern about the delay" that is occurring in both projects, "because since last May the problems existing in the works of the garbage container station on El Puestito street became evident, with which it was intended to end the unsanitary conditions and the terrible image that the deposit area was giving".
“Months have passed and we see that the works remain paralyzed, without the municipal government offering an explanation to the residents”, says the spokesperson for the Popular Party, Juan Monzón, who also "emphasizes" the four months of execution that have already passed "without the residents of the San Marcial del Rubicón area seeing their sports center finished".
"What the government presented in November 2021 as a priority is becoming a phantom project about which nothing is known because nothing moves", he questions.
