The Island Sports Service recently presented the two new electric vehicles it has acquired to "meet the different logistics and transport needs of the area itself."

"We are expanding the area's fleet to have a greater response in the different activities and projects organized by the Island Sports Service," said the councilor, who was able to check the status of these new vehicles at the facilities of the Island Water Sports Center.

To this end, the Island Sports Service has invested, through the Canary Islands Development Fund, which is distributed by the Planning and Projects area headed by Vice President Jacobo Medina, a total amount of 80,914.70 euros, including IGIC.

Both vehicles, one hundred percent electric, also have the fast charger that has been installed in the Island Corporation's Mobile Park.

The Sports area continues with the plan to renovate all the tangible and intangible elements that make up the area as a whole, thus considerably improving the service provided.
