The Government Council of the Canary Islands approved this Thursday the decision to recognize Gesplan as its own means of seven municipalities of the Canary Islands, including the City Council of Tinajo.
From the Tinajero Consistory they explain that the modification of the social statutes of this public company, in order to incorporate the recognition of said entity as its own means personified by the city council of Tinajo, has the sole purpose of "extending the recognition of this public mercantile company as its own means personified with respect to the Tinajero consistory, so that it can be the recipient, therefore, of the orders that Tinajo may confer on it.".
"It is more than expected news, sought after, as we have been waiting in Tinajo for more than a year for this movement regarding Gesplan, which will greatly alleviate the pending work on planning in our municipality," said the mayor, Jesús Machín.
