The San Bartolomé City Council has received the basic project for the construction of the Playa Honda Health Center, this phase of the work is the one that defines the general characteristics of the work and its benefits through the adoption and justification of specific solutions.
The mayor of San Bartolomé, Isidro Pérez, explains that "this event adds to the previous progress made by the Corporation to advance in the construction project of the new Health Center of the municipality."
The achievement of this part of the project represents an important step forward for the start of the works of the Center, since last week the environmental report of a work necessary for the neighbors of the municipality was approved and is getting closer and closer.
The next step, after submitting the basic project, is the preparation of the mandatory urban planning compliance report and its subsequent urban planning license, which will be the last step before the Playa Honda Health Center begins its execution phase and finally becomes a reality.
The Center consists of a plot of 1,917 square meters, located on Fayna Street, behind the Playa Honda Civic Center, with an investment of close to 7 million euros and the building will have a basement, first and second floor.
On the ground floor will be located the administrative area, physiotherapy area, emergency room, pediatric area, and the ordinary care rooms; the upper floor will be used for family medicine, the growth and women's area, while the basement will have parking and a storage area.
