The Centers for Art, Culture and Tourism announce the call for tenders for the drafting of the project for the new central offices of the Public Company. Interested companies will have until February 14, 2025, to submit their offers.

The CACT counselor, Ángel Vázquez, values this call for tenders "as a before and after for the Tourist Centers. This new infrastructure will allow us to have a modern, functional, sustainable, and energy-efficient office building," he pointed out.

Likewise, the Centers for Art, Culture and Tourism have organized two guided tours, the first this Friday, December 20 at 11:00 a.m., and the second on Tuesday, January 14 at 11:00 a.m., to the property in question located at Calle Pedro Naverán number 1 (former HangOn), for companies interested in said tender.

Specifically, the tender not only includes the basic and execution project of the work, but also contemplates the optional management of the same. It should be noted that this intervention will seek to consolidate the CACT as a reference space, offering tools, resources, examples, and strategic information with which to promote the integration of the Sustainable Development Goals established by the United Nations.

On the other hand, Counselor Ángel Vázquez emphasizes that these new offices will "respect the legacy and idea of César Manrique." "Like everything we do at CACT, it must be linked to respect for the environment, the use of local materials, the connection with natural light, and the integration of vegetation. Fundamental pillars that guide us through the work of César Manrique."

Interested companies must submit their offers, within the aforementioned period, through the Public Sector Contracting Platform through the following link.
