The Canarian Executive holds a Council of Government this Monday to approve a decree law on Covid measures

This extraordinary session will be held at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Government in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

The President of the Canary Islands, Ángel Víctor Torres, has called for a Council of Government this Monday, August 30, to address the decree law on health measures against Covid-19, in addition to other issues such as aid for those affected by the urban-agricultural fire in El Paso-Los Llanos de Aridane (La Palma), the proposal of the Canary Islands as the headquarters of the European Tourism Agency and the spending ceiling for the new regional budgets for 2022.

This extraordinary session of the Council of Government will be held at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Government in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria from 10.30 am, according to the regional Executive in a press release.

In any case, another ordinary Council of Government will be held this same week, which will be held on Thursday, September 2, and which in this case will be convened at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Government in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
